MEETINGS

WHEN : 9-11 am every Monday morning during the school year (We follow the GTACS schedule. No program will be held if school is cancelled or delayed).

WHERE : The lower level Family Center of Christ the King Catholic Church, 3801 Shore Dr., Acme, MI

COST : Your first meeting is free! Members pay dues twice a year... $35 for those using childcare and $20 for those who don't.

Drop-ins are welcomed and encouraged! The per-meeting cost is $3 OR $5 per child if using childcare.

CHILDCARE

Quality childcare is provided for infants, toddlers and preschoolers in age-appropriate rooms. Water and a healthy snack are provided.

PROGRAMS

Each meeting provides an opportunity for spiritual and mental renewal as we explore a topic that is important and relevant to Christian women and mothers of all ages. Meetings commence with a group prayer and light snack, followed by a speaker or faith-focused discussion, social time and closing prayer.

Speaker topics include marital or parent-child relationships, spirituality, and more! Please see our Calendar page for a list of upcoming speaker topics.

Our "Faith Enrichment Series" for the 2010-11 season is based on the book "Food from Heaven" by Jeanne Kun. The cost for the text Food from Heaven is $10, but it is not necessary to read the book in order to follow along at the meetings. Additional books will be on hand at each meeting for drop-ins.

Other annual MIC activities include brunches, home business expo, the Chocolate Cross fundraiser, Moms Night Out, Secret Sister gift exchange and summer play groups.
